At Tate Liverpool they have these postcards (shown below) for you to fill in the piece of art you saw while at the gallery which really spoke to you. For me that was "Man Caught Up With A Yellow Object" by artist John Latham.
I posted it in their comments box and filled in all my info. They say they will be in touch if they decide to publish comments. I don't know where they publish them (!) but I'll let you know if I hear from them.
